Do you deliver worldwide?

Is there a minimum order?

No, we accept orders of any value. Orders under £200 net will be subject to a £10 delivery charge. Any order over £200 net for delivery to mainland UK addresses will be carriage paid.

Do you have a showroom and how can I see it?

Do you exhibit at any trade shows?

How do I place an order?

There are a few ways you can place an order. You can log in and place an order online, you can call us on 01384 414001 (or your account manager directly), or you can send us the order via email on sales@perrytrade.co.uk.

How do I open a trade account?

Very easily. Just fill out this form and we will be in touch once your account has been successfully created.

How can I access prices?

To view our prices you just need to log in and our prices will then become visible. Alternatively you can contact us on 01384 414001 or sales@perrytrade.co.uk to request a price list.

How do I return a faulty item?

The first step would be to contact your account manager directly or contact customer services on 01384 414001 or sales@perrytrade.co.uk.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards with the exception of American Express. You can also pay via bank transfer but to do this you would need to place the order with your account manager (to find out who this is please contact us on 01384 414001 or sales@perrytrade.co.uk).
