Perry's Muddy Mission - Tough Mudder Gallery
We are thrilled to announce we have triumphantly completed the gruelling Tough Mudder event and raised an astounding £2300 for Birmingham Children's Hospital! This remarkable achievement would not have been possible without the generous contributions and unwavering support from our staff, customers, suppliers and local community.
On September 10th, 2023, a team of ten enthusiastic A. Perry employees took on the formidable Tough Mudder challenge, all in the name of charity. This event, known for its relentless obstacles and extreme endurance tests, pushed our team to their limits. They navigated deep mud-filled trenches, scaled towering walls, swam through ice-cold water, crawled under barbed wire, and even braved a field of electric wires, among countless other daunting trials.
Their motivation? Birmingham Children's Hospital, a place that holds a special place in the hearts of several A. Perry employees. This exceptional institution has provided vital medical care to their own children during challenging times, creating a deep bond and gratitude towards the hospital's dedicated staff.
With a desire to give back to the community and ensure that other families in need receive the same exceptional care and support, A. Perry Ltd partnered with Birmingham Children's Hospital for this charity endeavour. Our initial fundraising goal was set at £2000, but the overwhelming support we received from all of you allowed us to surpass that target.
The funds raised, currently total an impressive £2300, will go directly to Birmingham Children's Hospital to support their essential work in caring for sick children and their families. This contribution will aid in providing state-of-the-art medical services, research, and a compassionate environment that eases the burden on families during challenging times.
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you who contributed to this incredible achievement. Your generosity and support have made a significant difference in the lives of countless children and their families who rely on Birmingham Children's Hospital for hope, healing, and care.
